Tonight we worked around our Mustang house and got a call from a lady that was interested in looking at the house. She had 3 kids,and her husband is in Aphganistan for business. So Ron told her to be honest on her application,and we decided on the spot to rent to this lady. So if all goes well she will move in May1,2008. So Ron has a lot of work ahead of him to get the house ready.
